French Earl Grey Blackberry bramble:

Featured Blend

La French Countess Grey

Ingredients

  • 2 ounce gin,
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon
    juice,
  • 1 ounce earl grey simple syrup and
  • 1 tablespoon blackberry jam
  • Fresh blackberries to garnish

Method

  • Prepare ahead: French Earl Grey  simple syrup: Over high heat boil 1/2 cup of water with an infuser filled with French earl
    grey . Reduce to medium heat after 4 minutes and add half a cup of white sugar,
    stirring continuously until dissolved. Remove from heat and remove infuser and
    leave to cool.)

  • Take 2 ounce gin, 1 ounce fresh lemon
    juice, 1 ounce French Earl Grey simple syrup and one tablespoon blackberry jam and put in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until jam dissolved.
    Strain into a glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish with fresh blackberries.
    Delicious!

Green tea rose cooler:

Green Tea A La Rose

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces vodka,
  • 1.5 ounces of strong cooled green tea
  • 1 ounce of fresh lime juice
  • Sparkling Water
  • Mint & cucumber to garnish

Method

  • Take 1.5 ounces of vodka, 1.5 ounces of strong cooled green tea + 1 ounce of fresh lime juice.
  • Add to a cocktail shaker
    filled with ice and shake vigorously.
  • Strain into a tall tumbler filled with ice and top up the rest of the way with sparkling water.
  • Served garnished with
    mint or cucumber. Lovely!

TEA INFUSED COCKTAIL

Dirty Chai Martini

Chai Cha Cha

Ingredients

  • Loose Leaf Chai Cha Cha
  • Raw sugar
  • 1.5 ounce vodka,
  • 1.5 ounce coffee liqueur,
  • 1 ounce fresh espresso,
  • 1 ounce chai simple syrup
  • 1 ounce coconut mil
  • Garnish - cinnamon stick or star anise.

Method

  • Prepare ahead: chai simple syrup: over high heat boil 1/2 cup of water with an infuser filled with chai. Reduce to medium heat after 4 minutes and add half a cup of raw sugar, stirring continuously until dissolved. Remove from heat and remove infuser and leave to cool.
  • In a cocktail shaker add 1.5 ounce vodka,
    1.5 ounce coffee liqueur,
    1 ounce fresh espresso,
    1 ounce chai simple syrup and 1 ounce coconut milk and shake vigorously.
  • Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or star anise. Sure to impress!

L’orange Old Fashioned

Tea À L’orange

Ingredients

  • 2 ounce bourbon
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ounce L’orange simple syrup
  • 1 dash bitters.

Method

  • Prepare ahead: Orange maple simple syrup: over high heat boil 1/2 cup of water with an infuser filled with Tea A L’orange. Reduce to medium heat after 4 minutes and add half a cup of maple syrup, stirring continuously until dissolved. Remove from heat and remove infuser and leave to cool.
  • In an ice filled cocktail shaker combine 2 ounce bourbon, 1 ounce fresh lemon juice, 1 ounce L’orange simple syrup and 1 dash bitters. Shake vigorously and strain over large ice cube. Perfecto!

Chamomile Grapefruit Paloma

La Camomille Sérénité

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces of tequila
  • 1 ounce chamomile simple syrup (La Camomille Sérénité)
  • The juice from one grapefruit
  • Soda Water (Grapefruit if you have it)
  • Garnish- Rosemary or fresh grapefruit

Method

  • Prepare ahead: Chamomile simple syrup: Over high heat boil 1/2 cup of water with an infuser filled with chamomile. Reduce to medium heat after 4 minutes and add half a cup of white sugar, stirring continuously until dissolved. Remove from heat and remove infuser and leave to cool.
  • Take 1.5 ounces of tequila, 1 ounce chamomile simple syrup and the juice from one grapefruit and put in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a salt rimmed glass with ice. Top with sparkling water (grapefruit flavour if you have it!) garnish with rosemary or fresh grapefruit. So refreshing!
